    Only in the sense that other human's will be thoroughly pissed off with you. Unless of course the person was already dead and you were starving. (Of course, if the person you eat is ill in some way, then yes, of course it's dangerous to eat them.)

    Possibly. Diseases...the likely hood that you'll be frowned at, or eating someone who probably didn't deserve it, and the morality issues that could be brought up.
