I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR ASKING

But I wonder if it is wise to use our food supply to feed internal combustion engines while there are so many people starving in the world.

Well, it is no more harmful than using the ozone in full decrements as we have been doing... and better things will come along sooner than later to provider better use of newly developed fuels while our food supply is held solely for that purpose. Small steps Elly, small steps! newly developed fuels food supply solely purpose steps elly steps

There is already existing transportation technology based on biofuels that is far more efficient than internal combustion engines:

existing transportation technology based biofuels efficient internal combustion engines

Sometimes the solutions are low tech and staring us in the face.

    Oh no!

Seriously, there is a paradigm that causes people to think the solution to technology is a more high tech improved version of existing technology. Sometimes we need to evaluate whether the existing technology was ever an improvement in the first place.

Relax... a play on words. I realize we don't have to reinvent the wheel. But do the people in the USA believe that to get the most out of life??? that is the question, those are the critics. you and I are simply echos of voices cried into the winds millennia ago!

OMG i did not know that

OMG I did know that... You didn't leave a place for me to explain. 1.1 gas... "It is better to use various inputs to grow corn and make ethanol and use that in your cars than it is to use the gasoline and fossil fuels directly," said Kammen, who is co-director of the Berkeley Institute of the Environment and UC Berkeley's Class of 1935 Distinguished Chair of Energy.

Despite the uncertainty, it appears that ethanol made from corn is a little better - maybe 10 or 15 percent - than gasoline in terms of greenhouse gas production, he said.

"The people who are saying ethanol is bad are just plain wrong," he said. "But it isn't a huge victory - you wouldn't go out and rebuild our economy around corn-based ethanol." people ethanol plain wrong huge victory rebuild economy corn-based ethanol
