About Me

I knew more people over 70 than under 7 when I was a kid. It was great. I got to live in the old family homestead for a few years, that only had electricity. It used a fireplace, coal stove, and a coal furnace for heat, pitcher pump for water, and a long path to the bathroom.

My Uncle used a horse for the farming, because, "Tractors are no GD good! They pack down the soil and ruin it...." He may have been right, because no one grew a garden like him. Summers were spent working and learning.

I love to read, and come from a family with one side very education oriented, and the other not so much. It has still produced 3 teachers, 1 pilot, 1 lawyer, a minister and so on.

I married had had 3 children. My son became autistic after being improperly vaccinated, and my two beautiful daughter died in a house fire. I am still grieving.
