The Detroit Red Wings
are loaded with talent and they beat the Anaheim Ducks (barely). The people of Detroit need something positive in their lives right now with the auto industry in shambles along with their NFL team.View thread

Stanley Cup Rules Over ALL SPORTS!
The real test of both of our teams will be if each organization can keep everyone. ie: The Salary Cap for us, Free Agency and the LURE OF GREED (More Money) for you.
The Detroit Free Press has already reported that the Red Wings will possibly lose up to 3 players due to the Salary Cap, ESPECIALLY if they Re-Sign Hossa to a multi-year deal. Reporting has it that the Red Wings and Hossa were already negotiating prior to the playoffs. Now it's a wait and see.
My guess for Pittsburgh is that the Pens will offer massive $$ to keep Crosby and Malkin forcing Gill and a few others out the door. Please keep a close eye on a certain goaltenders fate.
