Last time used curling irons/straighteners on hair?

okay, my mum keeps telling me to stop using them, cus its so bad for yer hair.. how many times a week would yopu use them ??:)

Maybe twice a month. I have bone straight hair naturally so I don't ever have to flat iron it and it refuses to hold a curl without a ton of product in it so I don't usually curl it. I am a simple girl :)

I used it at least five-six days a week. Though, the InStyler makes my hair feel more healthier than the straightner, so maybe it's actually good for my hair. One of my hairdresser's co-workers said it's better not to have them all the way up when you straighten.
