Avid motorcyclist (ride my own ) Thats how my husband and I met
I once lived the "dream" 2 months 2 days on the road riding my own HD. From Fl. up into Canada and back. (with a companion) First day out rain and mechanical problems went anyway. EZ rider movie lied, was HOT, cold, wet all of it.
As they say you have 2 pair of jeans, the dry pair and the ones you have on. AND if i have to explain you would not understand.
Current hubby and I were on the road vendors and did Harley shows around the country. Ten years + of good friends, great extended family, and seeing our beautiful and interesting country.
A profession not for the faint of heart, but GREAT for the adventurous.
Currently also chairwoman for towns Planning & Zoning commission. AND fighting the good fight for our country.

If the statistics above are correct about the number of illegal voter registrations I will again pose the question if this election was legal.

Hi..haven't seen you for awhile I have been very busy!! Working on phones and such to try to stop healthcare and guess thats what I will be doing tomorrow and Fri. They are moving right along. Fox says they think they'll get something by the end of the year. I just want a complete NO vote on it all. Osluma is coming home tomorrow I think? I still have my hometown news paper from the day of Kennedy's assination.
The patriotism in the school of a small town in Iowa is hard to match. I am from the era of "desk diving." We had air raid drills for atomic bombs and black outs. We were instructed to crawl under our desk when the sirens went off. We had to write a report every week on the progess of the war.
The movies theatres were the best place to get caught up on the war effort. The Saturday afternoon matinee was always prefaced with "TIME MARCHES ON." The films were usually two week old but were excellent documentaries of World War II.
