About Me
I'm VERY opinionated and outspoken about what I believe, but nevertheless I like to think I'm pretty easy to get along with. I believe there's far more to a person than the sum of their political and religious beliefs, so even if we don't see eye to eye, I'd still love to be your friend. :)

LOL-I also listen to a whole range of other stuff, though not too much country and pretty much no hip-hop/rap. I listen to classical, pop, blues, jazz, folk music, a bit of disco for the sake of nostalgia, stuff that I don't even know or care what genre it is. Oh another one from my old school punk that is probably not even considered punk any more would be Blondie.

I was in my teens and twenties in the 80's which meant the 70s stuff was still around too. I listened to The Clash a bit and a bit of Sex Pitstols. I had boyfriends who introduced me to what I suppose was sort of New Wave with a punk vibe. I was never into the mainstream pop like Michael Jackson or Madonna though some of the stuff that was a bit edgy then seems pretty mainstream now. I listened to English Beat, UB40, The Specials, The Police, early stuff from U2, Dire Straits, Talk Talk, Talking Heads, The Ramones, and probably a lot of stuff I have forgotten.

I used to go dancing in ska bars when I was a university student. That was fun. I guess I am kind of old school with punk too. I like the Ramones. :)

I do enjoy and listen to Ska. I have reached that point in life where I don't get exposed to anything new very often so I guess I am sort of 70s ska. My tastes are eclectic so my ipod is a bit of a buffet. I like some reggae, some ska, a bit of blues and jazz and so I like bands that have those leanings. I don't really seek out music but tend to stumble upon it so what I listen to and what is in my ipod is very much influenced by all the young males who have come and gone in my life. :)

Well my friend told me about sodahead, she used to have an account and was on it all the time. And we were talking about it today so I thought I'd make an account and try it out. So far so good.(:
Well it's good so far, harder to make friends/people to talk to then I thought t would be but that's okay(: uhmm other then that I just like being able to give my opinion and if people don't like t then owell ha(:
