Ron Paul

  • Ron Paul

    About Me:

Congressman Ron Paul is the leading advocate for freedom in our nation’s capital. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Paul tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. He is known among his congressional colleagues and his constituents for his consistent voting record. Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution. In the words of former Treasury Secretary William Simon, Dr. Paul is the “one exception to the Gang of 535” on Capitol Hill.

Ron Paul was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Gettysburg College and the Duke University School of Medicine, before proudly serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force during the 1960s. He and his wife Carol moved to Texas in 1968, where he began his medical practice in Brazoria County. As a specialist in obstetrics/gynecology, Dr. Paul has delivered more than 4,000 babies. He and Carol, who reside in Lake Jackson, Texas, are the proud parents of five children and have 17 grandchildren.

While serving in Congress during the late 1970s and early 1980s, Dr. Paul’s limited-government ideals were not popular in Washington. In 1976, he was one of only four Republican congressmen to endorse Ronald Reagan for president.

During that time, Congressman Paul served on the House Banking committee, where he was a strong advocate for sound monetary policy and an outspoken critic of the Federal Reserve’s inflationary measures. He was an unwavering advocate of pro-life and pro-family values. Dr. Paul consistently voted to lower or abolish federal taxes, spending and regulation, and used his House seat to actively promote the return of government to its proper constitutional levels. In 1984, he voluntarily relinquished his House seat and returned to his medical practice.

Ron PaulDr. Paul returned to Congress in 1997 to represent the 14th congressional district of Texas. He presently serves on the House Committee on Financial Services and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. He continues to advocate a dramatic reduction in the size of the federal government and a return to constitutional principles.

Congressman Paul’s consistent voting record prompted one of his congressional colleagues to say, “Ron Paul personifies the Founding Fathers’ ideal of the citizen-statesman. He makes it clear that his principles will never be compromised, and they never are.” Another colleague observed, “There are few people in public life who, through thick and thin, rain or shine, stick to their principles. Ron Paul is one of those few.”

I feel it is a shame that there are not more people that hold the 'old time' Republican values like Ron Paul.

I am doing this on a dare
You must
if
not
terrible and scary things would happen to you or
your family
members.
I'm
sure you don't want you or your family members
to have scary
and
freaky
things happening on you right? Not kidding..
Here's what
happened:
3
years ago, 2005, on a lonely winter night filled
with lots
of
snow
in
Chichago, a teen girl was brutally murdered,
yes, after
being
raped.She
had received a text message from her boyfriend
to meet him
at
the
pub
they always meet at hours before her death. She
went there,
nicely
dressed up. Upon reaching, her drunken boyfriend
stumbled
out of
the
pub
and began to vigoursly kissed her on her face
and lips. She
struggled
and
when finally broke free, started to run. But
then, the boy
caught
up
with

her and pinned her to the ground. He raped her
and then
suffocate
her.
She lies on the cold floor motionless. The boy
ran away and
then
came
back much later with a chopper wrapped in
newspaper and
dragged
the

girl's body to an alley. He unwrapped the
newspaper off the
chopper
and
chopped the girl's body parts, her hands, legs,
and lastly
head..
Since
then, whenever people passed the place where the
girl was
being

raped
and
suffocated, they swore they heard a girl panting
and
whispering
in
their
ears 'You are walking on the place where I was
killed...'
and
then
they

would heard a shrill laughter.. You must pass
this on to
your
friends
or
family members, because the girl, Amanda is right beside you
now,
knowing if you sent it or not... No kidding... send this
or Amanda

would
do
things you would get freaked out.. Here's what
happened to
others
who
didn't forward it to their friends: # CASE 1Jack
Lyons
received
this
email from his friend, upon reading it, he
laughed and

deleted
it.
He
didn't know that Amanda was beside him..the next
day, he
received
a
phone
call. 'Im always watching you, Jack' and then a
shrill
laughter.
He

freaked out and called the phone operator, and
to his
horror,
found
out
that that number was not in use for 2 years
after the death
of
the
owner,
Amanda Spears. then, jack went to have a bath..
He opened

the
door
and
went in, never coming out again.. After 1 hour,
his mother
banged
on
the
door and used a chopper to open the door. She
screamed when
she
saw
jack
on the floor. Blood splattered on the walls and
mirror. On

the
mirror
was
a message 'Your son deserved it' And many many
cases.. Im
sure
you
don't

want to read them all... Be careful, Amanda is
beside you
right
now,
MAKE
THE RIGHT DECISION...Send this to more than 20
people.Good
Luck
This message was sent 2 me.......DON'T SEND IT BACK 2 ME!!!!!!!

Just think if Ron Paul won the nomination for President. He actually believes that the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Imagine that. That means he would never take America (USA) to war except with a Declaration of War by Congress. Think how such a thing would prevent America's meddling and interventionism worldwide. Think of the billions and even trillions of tax dollars that would not need to be spent overseas. Think of how much money Halliburton would lose. Think of how much money the Federal Reserve bankers would lose by not being able to loan money to the U.S. government. It is too ghastly to think about.

Presidential Endorserment. Sir you contacted me when you first came to SodaHeda and asked for my endorsement as of you President of the United States of America. At the time I had not made up my mind who or what I really wanted in my candidate. I have seen evereything in the world in what I DO NOT WANT IN MY president. Tonight on the Fox Presidential Debate I saw what I did want in my President, That man is you. And I will be so glad to endorse you on my website. I just pray that our grass roots will still allow a fine and straight man as you a chance! Cat of the SodaHead CAT HOUSE

MR. Congressman Ron Paul, I just wanted to say that for the first time, my wife and have really taken an interest in poltics. We owe it to you, for we like the ideals you have about giving this counrty back to the people. We feel that another if another person gets into office with same attitude as the current employee, this country is in jeopardy. We would like to say that we are behind you and we hope that other people are just as tired of getting the shaft from a government that you can't trust anymore. I feel like this is all just a bad dream and that our nitemares have just begun. We have just recently donate to you organization in hopes that it will help your effort to beome our next great leader, that makes a difference in this country and maybe the world. We wished our donation could be enough to put you over the top but hopefully, along with others it will help. I wish people who believe the same way you do would unite and stand agianst the destruction of our great country. My wife and I are the same as most of the working class in this country, who decided to venture into the class of owning our own business and thought it would be a great oppurtunity to have a little more freedom in our lives. Our business is construction and now we kinda struggle with the way the housing market is today. Our only hope is that the market makes a comeback and that we will only grow in our success, but the way this country is heading now, I can only see our dimise. This is why our hearts and thoughts go out to the people of this great country to stand together and vote someone into office that will bring the leaders of this country back to where it should be, back to dreams of making a nation that the world would envy and not hate, but build reationships based on trust and sincerity, to work together and keep from distroying this great world. We are behind you 100%, Sincerely Todd & Kate Long
