    We had poor credit and a Bkrpcy 2yrs ago. We are buying a 260k home with a multi-unit 1/2 acre clear lot with fair credit now...Banks would not touch us (nor, the one's with Good credit now.)
    Banks are getting bailed out and the pressure is off them......but, they are under the gun to make the right coices now and later on.
    If I've been making payments for a year and still improving my credit.....THEY LOVE ME NOW!!!!

    The Owner is basically leasing to own and adding a little toward the principle.     (more)
