Forget the sex part of being nude: Is it wrong to be just with out clothes/naked/nude in front of family, friends, people?

    If this is not about sex...and judging from the first part of this question, it doesn't seem to be...then, how could it be wrong at all? Nude is not lewd!

    As a Biblical view, when God made Adam and Eve, they were naked. They did not cloth themselves until they sinned. Clothing one self comes from being ashamed of oneself.

    It's not a matter of right or wrong, it's simply a matter of taste. The bizarre thing is that this matter has been codified into laws. The problem seems to be that a certain percentage of the population confuses matters of taste with matters of morality or ethics and seeks to inflict their tastes onto others in the form of laws. This is one of those areas where laws are entirely inappropriate, but irresistible to those who seek to force their values into the lives of others. (As for me, I'd rather not see most people in the raw and really don't like to appear in public in the nude either. But I am intelligent enough to recognize that the matter is one of taste and have no moral issue with those who prefer not to wear clothes, nor would I seek to force anyone to adhere to my aesthetic values!)

    Since God made us, then being with out clothes should be the most natural thing in the world. But, we take it as a sin. If you read Lev 18:6 and study the word "approach" it's taking about wanting sex. (kaw-rab'
