Ellen DeGeneres recently adopted a dog from "Mutts and Moms" named Iggy. After paying her dues and caring for her dogs, she simply could not get Iggy and her cats to get along, so her hairdresser's family offered to take the pup off of her hands.

Ellen sent Iggy to a new, loving home where the two girls living there fell in love with the dog.

When "Mutts and Moms" called to check up on Iggy, Ellen reported that he was in a loving home. The very next day, a representative showed up to Iggy's new home with a police escort to take the dog away, due to a contract violation with Ellen and the organization.

Ellen admits to not having been aware of the clause that she signed which states that if she was unable to provide a home for Iggy, that he must be returned to the organization.

Should the dog be returned, or should policy be enforced and Iggy be retained at the organization until a new home is found for him?
