In the new comedy, Tropic Thunder, Robert Downey Jr. plays a white actor playing a black man in a big budget action movie. For the role, he wore a wig, prosthetic nose, and dark make up. The film is supposed to be a satire, but many people are genuinely offended by this. They find his look and voice to be stereotypical and racist. What do you think? Is Tropic Thunder racist? You can bet a Jacksonville, Florida man wishes he had just paid the five-bucks for a foot long at Subway. Instead, he was charged with making a false 911 call.Reginald Peterson ordered a Spicy Italian Sub with the works. Sandwich artists put mayo on mustard on it, but no sauce. That put Peterson over the edge and he called 911 to complain. He called a second time to complain officers weren't arriving fast enough. Subway workers told police the 42-year-old became belligerent and yelled when they were fixing his order. They locked him out of the store when he left to call police. When officers arrived, they tried to calm Peterson and explain the proper use of 911. Those efforts failed, and he was arrested on a charge of making false 911 calls. Shia LaBeouf, 22, has had yet another run-in with the law! LaBeouf’s earlier incidents with the police occurred first in November 2007 for refusing to leave a Walgreens after appearing to be intoxicated, and then earlier this year when he was cited for smoking in a nonsmoking area. The former Even Stevens actor has another count to his rap sheet as of today. Reportedly, the Transformers star was involved with a car accident in Hollywood after he allegedly made a left turn in front of another car, early Sunday morning. Fortunately, there were no major injuries that occurred, although LaBeouf’s left hand was “badly injured” when his car rolled in the accident and the female passenger of his car had minor head injuries. However, the actor’s hand will require surgery, according to E! Online.To make matters worse, LaBeouf reportedly appeared intoxicated at the time and was therefore placed under arrest on the suspicion of DUI. So, do you think Shia is a good role model?

The 30-year-old Michigan woman allegedly offered a Wisconsin Dells police officer sexual favors and $10,000 to get out of a drunken driving ticket.According to the police report, bystanders told police last Friday that around 10 p.m. an intoxicated woman "stumbled into a vehicle" with vanity plates that read "TROUBLE" in a parking lot directly across the street from the police station.Police pulled Kommes over shortly afterward, and she admitted that she had been driving drunk, according to the complaint. In the squad car Kommes allegedly pleaded with the officer that she not be arrested and offered him $10,000 and sexual favors to let her go.
