There have been a lot of polls asking questions about parenting, and it seems like many people believe that there is one way to parent and that is their way. I just want your opinion, why is this? I have included several of my thoughts, but please feel free to expand, as I really do not understand why people are so hateful when it comes to parenting.

I took my daughter yesterday and found that I loved this movie! It was set in 1934 during the great depression. I thought it was a great reminder that we should help each other and not depend on the government. My husband and my mother in law also loved it. It was a little long for my daughter but she loved it as well.

I think they have done a terrible injustice to every campaign this year and because of this we should ban news media from our homes from Friday May 30 until June 2. Just 4 days, maybe this will send a message, please join me in this crusade. It matters not who you support as the news media are incredible phonies.

This was Hagee's response "I am tired of these baseless attacks and fear that they have become a distraction in what should be a national debate about important issues. I have therefore decided to withdraw my endorsement of Senator McCain for President effective today, and to remove myself from any active role in the 2008 campaign," he said in a statement. "I hope that the Senator McCain will accept this withdrawal so that he may focus on the issues that are most important to America and the world." This was Wrights Response “I said to Barack Obama last year, ‘If you get elected November the 5th, I’m coming after you, because you’ll be representing a government whose policies grind under people.’ All right? It’s about policy, not the American people.” Asked if he was disappointed that Obama put distance between himself and Wright, Wright said: “He didn’t distance himself. He had to distance himself, because he’s a politician, from what the media was saying I had said, which was anti-American. He said I didn’t offer any words of hope. How would he know? He never heard the rest of the sermon. You never heard it.”

I would love other insight on this, I am not suggesting invasion, I would just like some thoughts on how other countries are to deal with this. The UN fails every time, and I really feel for these people and hate that little can be done to help them in their time of need.

What I mean by this is the children are alone starting at 7:00am until 8:00pm. These children start at the ages of 3 and go up from there. I cannot play outside without them coming over and asking for food and drinks. I live in a neighborhood that the houses go for more than 300k so I do not think this is an issue of have/have not. I would just like to know if this problem is pervasive and if so ideas on how to squelch this. People want to put ammenities in for kids, but with my money, and I do not understand when it became my repsonsiblity to entertain or pay for the entertainment of pther peoples children. Let me have it if you think I am being a big meany, but please keep in mind, this is a development we are talking about, everyone here bought houses and have a yard, driveway etc.

As a parent and an Aunt, friend, whatever I am or have been, I feel that parents can be cruel and extremely judgemental of one another. Do you thinks this helps?
