Should the GOP candidates attend the CNN/YouTube debate?

Absolutely yes.
Saw the encore broadcast Sat. nite for the Dems.
Thought it was very positive and I liked the fact that ordinary citizens asked the questions rather than journalists. Anderson Cooper did a great job as moderator.

Absolutely yes.
Let the Dumbocrats be the ones running from debates, alienating voters, and looking small and narrow minded. By thumbing their noses at the
Black Caucus/Fox debate, they foolishly played to their hard left base,
while snubbing the largest audience in the news media. Don't be a
distinction without a difference, but distance yourselves further from
the intolerant Democrats by appealing to any and every voter block. All
of you MUST participate in the next installment of the CNN/You Tube
debate. Think of it this way, it will be better run and more efficient
than the first, with the added advantage of already seeing the Dems.
stumble through it. Go for it!
I think so, but have reservations about it.
Cut out the ridiculous goofy and bizarre, and it would be OKAbsolutely not.
I think that this CNN/youtube debate is nothing but a popularity contest for the democrats, so I don't think the republicans need to take part. Besides, in my opinion, we are way to early to even be thinking about who will run in 2008.I think so, but have reservations about it.
Format sucks, but who cares about having an actual debate these days?Absolutely not.
I think it was horrible, seeing grown ups standing in line waiting for a question to be fired their way!!! God, it was like 5th grade line up for a spelling bee. Plus why on earth would republicans subject themselves to the very biased CNN???Absolutely yes.
It would be stupid not to.Absolutely not.
12 year olds do not vote. The YouTube/CNN thing is NOT A DEBATE!!I don't think so, but don't strongly object if they do.
The only way it could turn out good is if they had serious questions, which youtube will not.Absolutely yes.
Question the questions and expose their stupidity.Absolutely yes.
yeah i saw the other debates, it was alright. I think they were notgiven enough time to speak though, and the host kept interupting the
canidates.
Undecided
what's a utube?Absolutely not.
these people are running for president of the united states! the last forum was ridiculous and i would have respected any democratic candidate that said, "this is insane".I don't think so, but don't strongly object if they do.
This is a great opportunity for the GOP to show how the Democrats mocked the presidency with the farcical YouTube debate. The Republicans can kick their ass with this. The public that votes (not the YouTube kids) would see there is a huge difference between the two parties.Absolutely not.
This is just like GWB SR going to the debate where he looked at his watch. It wasted MY time to watch him and illustrated his bad judgement. The only way to win a debate with a snowman is to have the snarkiest one-liners. Yeah, great criteria for selecting a president.Absolutely not.
wtfAbsolutely not.
No way stay away from CNN they are LIberal and the Republicans should let them know they will not submit to their Liberal crapAbsolutely yes.
EVERYONE CANDIDATE SHOULDAbsolutely yes.

Absolutely not.
I can't think of any thing more stupid to do... but then again the GOP is known as the stupid party... The dems on the other hand are the evil party.Undecided
Yeah I bet that those questions weren't canned and rehearsed. I'm voting for myself. I figure it would be better than throwing away a vote on some pandering career politician who knows more about $ 1000 dollar a plate fundraisers than minimum wage increases.Absolutely not.
I heard a number of the submissions on Hugh Hewitt and it is a freeking joke. Arsehole questions and all biased against the Republicans for what are faults of the Democrats. I think the Candidates are doing the right thing. Most of those u-tubers only have a about 1% of the brains.Absolutely yes.
This could be an opportunity for a real leader to show the citizens that there is more to what is at stake for this country than Paris Hilton and Lindsey Loman(sic?) updates.Absolutely not.
xxAbsolutely yes.
I can't believe they are even thinking of running away....Absolutely yes.
moderated...I think so, but have reservations about it.
I am still mad at the Dems for not appearing on Fox, but I guess two wrongs do not make a right.Absolutely not.
With the exception of the FOX debate, all others have been circuses. Chris Matthews' MSNBC one was a joke at best. How much better can one mediated by a bunch of porn-addicted, leftist you-tubers be? What was the first question for the last one? "Wassup?" was it? Wow. Done and done.I think so, but have reservations about it.
If the right has something worth saying, then they should do it. But just don't waste my time.Absolutely not.
okAbsolutely yes.
Conservatives don't play the same game as to dems, so don't lower your standards by following them. Conservatives should never fear being questioned, that is why this nation began, fearless concise leadship is what makes this country great.Absolutely yes.
The perfect opportunity to reach many voters these candidates would otherwise miss. These voters don't watch TV news, they don't read newspapers, they get almost all of their information from the internet.Absolutely yes.
Show some BALLS and attend the debate. The people who will be watching this are the younger generations that the Republicans need to join. Skipping it plays right into the Dem's hands and negates any pressure we can put on them for skipping Fox's debate.Absolutely yes.
If you're part of the circus, you don't avoid the clowns just because you like the animal acts or the environment. Saddle up and be an adult in the midst of the kidee pool.Absolutely not.
It would be a set up driven by a CNN agenda. Why do we need CNN to have a Republican Debate?Absolutely yes.
Don't do it
