    My father's parents were from Ireland. My mother grew up in Scotland and England. If you go back far enough in my Mother's side, there were some people who were born in Yakutiya, an independent republic in Eastern Russia, but that was a really long time ago. She also has some Irish ancestors, so I'm predominantly Irish.
