love shouldnt be limited. sure, say things about religious beliefs and stuff, but in the end, God loves everyone, and that should be all that matters.

Equal rights - there are gay people in the world - you can choose anyone you want to be with for the rest of your life - the government must acknowledge that union - has nothing to do with religion - or morality or your concept of right and wrong - people are going to love who their heart tells them to love - who the hell are you to interferer or judge that with that?

It will open the door for any and all combinations to marrry no matter how perverse or weird in the name of being a family. There is an initiative on the CA ballot for Nov which may very well make this ruling moot. The will of the majority of the people should rule not activist judges.

its the personality...creepy. i also wonder if the reason you are asexual is because your choice is homosexual but because your religious you choose neither in fear of sinning like so many priests "try" to do. or are you possibly not desireable to either sex and prefer to act as though you made that choice to not mix and mingle?
