Chicken and dumplings, I love them and they are fun to make with my kid:)

    Mixed salad with beans, peppers, mushrooms and sweetcorn... with a little bit of garlic dressing :D

    Left over cold meatloaf with Mozzarella on a whole wheat pita. As a condiment I use Pit Bull hot sauce. More flavor than heat.

    Greek salad, with feta cheese and olives, with some hummus and pitta bread on the side. Or, just give me the jar of olives and I'll sit over there eating them all.

    It is really easy, and delicious! The only thing my dad made that tasted good was oatmeal:) He tried to make eggs, and they were disgusting.

    I think the best oatmeal is made with milk, therefore, you have to watch it the entire time, and nothing is better than Irish Oatmeal. For rice just buy a rice steamer. Perfect sticky rice every time:)

    Mmmm... that oatmeal sounds good. I'm more of a potatoe person
    but rice steamers are great. Just put it in there & it does the
    work.

    Starting from the bottom of the sandwich:
    -1 piece of Honey Oat bread
    -a spiral of Honey Mustard
    -2 bundled up pieces of Honey Ham and Turkey thin meat slices.
    -1 slice of Swiss Cheese
    -1 leaf of Roman Lettuce
    -2 pieces of sliced tomato
    -2 pieces of Sweet and Buttered sandwich sliced pickles
    -miracle whip
    -1 piece of Honey Oat bread
    -and to top it all off, a small little toothpick with a green olive...I'm just joking about the toothpick and olive, it just sounded funny to type at the time. As for the sandwich, I make it for my husband and I to share but I'm lucky if I even get a bite. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
