Should Miley Cyrus have posed topless for Vanity Fair?
Miley Cyrus is speaking out about her 'near nude' shot in this months Vanity Fair. The photo, which was shot by the renowned Annie Leibovitz, shows the 15 year old Disney star topless with a satin sheet covering her chest. Through her publicist on Sunday, Miley attempted to explain herself. "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about." Vanity Fair countered back with their own statement. "Miley's parents and/or minders were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley." So, do you think it was right of Miley to have done the photo?

but yeah its not the most flattering photo but really shes not doing anything bad at all sooo... wassa big deal?
it would be a bad example to her fans if it was a porn shot/pose but its not!

oh my god. Its not like shes naked or anything people, all thats showing is her back. I mean, come on. I think that the real reason behind this is that people are wondering if shes going to go the Brittany Spears route or if shes going to be another Hilary Duff. People have a tendancy to make something out of nothing. Shes 15 years old people, you need to cut her some credit. Teenagers learn from their mistakes. -

she is a slut and she has some issues at 15 doing stuff like that and her parents let her they have some big issues to that is inaproprete and she need to stop cuz all her little kid fans now probally want to dress without a shirt cuz they think miley is cool no she is a stupid little slut that shouldnt even do stuff for little kids if she wants to be a slut.i never even liked her and i never will. to me all she is , is a big fat slut. -

this whole thing is stupid. her parents were there watching anyways! she even appolgized for what she did! has she ever done anything terrible like this before? i think that it doesn't matter! she did one thing and now everyone is saying things about her!!! i think that it is all crap!!!! -

Answered Here's what I think....
It's way too provocative for a 15 year old girl, and even though I hate to say this, but she really is a role model for her young fans. And little girls are already dressing like complete sluts and dancing like what they see on music videos. They don't need any more influence.
