homeade chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes. I make the noodles by hand because they come out a bit thicker and chewier than anything you can buy in a package.. then in the soup/broth which is a huge pot I throw in a whole stick of butter to make it velvety.... its just awsome and my whole family will gladly eat it for days lol.

Organic pasta (made from Jerusalem artichoke flour) with fresh veggies tossed in olive oil and garlic with a touch of oregano.....mmmmm.....
