Shine started it all for me, it brought Collective Soul into my world and they've been there ever since. HA&TLU; helped get me through my first years of college and hearing it now reminds me of great times.

There is so much meaning and heart-felt emotions in this song, that it makes me want to reach deep inside of me and see my own LIFE, because I am ALL I KNOW to be TRUE in this CRAZY world. Great TUNE!

i love every song above and all have a special meaning. i'd have to say that the world i knowis my fav. cuz it shows how people just waste their lives, not really caring about other people and it's just become unloved. but then listen shows that if we all just listen, we will all be better as a whole, rather than ignoring everyone elses help calls. srry, i ment to select undecided, not heavy...

none, may have heard it but no longer bother with making an effort to remember a given artist anyway. i did give away my 8tracks, and i'm on a casette tape 12 step program. by the way, how many hours (nanoseconds if u prefer) does any given "legend" need to be played/listened to be considered a legend ? lmao

"...I found some encouragement." Most CS songs are very uplifting and hopeful, but this one resonates. It takes ownership and responsibility for actions and deeds, which can be quite rare. I like it because it takes a very public stand about fighting for what you believe in. It will never grow old and will always be timeless.
By the way, this was a very very hard choice!

im a pk so i heard all about god from my dad the church and the bible who he is and so on but to hear about him is one thing what was a life changing experiance was to experiance him during lifes trials. he made himself real to me . that song reminds me of that
