MLK's I have a Dream Speech
Honestly, it's the only speech I know. But, I love it.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
I Have A Dream is probably the single greatest public speaking moment in the history of mankind.MLK's last speech
None of his speaches, he was not a President and they gave him a National Holiday. Give that Holiday to the x-Presidents. He is very over rated. Martin Luther King Day is not a Holiday I feel there are many others that should be.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
BANG! makes me smile every timeMLK's I have a Dream Speech
cuz his dream meant something there just people who didn't understand what he meantMLK's last speech
That speech moves my soul everytime I hear it. When he said he had been to the mountaintop and he had seen the promised land, I believe he knew something the rest of us didn't know at the time.MLK's last speech
This is important, because he had the foresight to prepare for the worst, and expressed his wish for the civil rights movement to continue. Thanks to him, the great movement for equality continues to this day, and while some may try to stop it as they did that fateful day in 1968, his spirit shall live on in his speeches reminding us to never quit striving until the promised land; a Just, Free, Peaceful, race-less and class-less society is accomplished by all peoples.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
I always liked this one for some reasonMLK's I have a Dream Speech
<<<<<<<333333333333!!!!!!!!!MLK's I have a Dream Speech
i love this speech its sooo awesome and inspring idk how to spell it but everytime i hear i love it even moreMLK's I have a Dream Speech
To be honest with you, the, "I have a dream" is the only speech I have heard. That is kind of sad in terms of my childhood education and the lack of civil rights issues that were taught to me in my middle class white suburb. None the less I have much respect for Dr. King. I think a world where we accept one another is much easier to live in than having constant tension or hating people for stupid reasons. It takes more muscles to make a frown then it does to make a smile.
MLK's last speech
All his speeches are inspirational to me. How beautiful that he spoke of the Lord in his last one. *tears* He was a man that only feared God and he thanked God for allowing him to do all that he had done. He only wanted to do God's Will. What a wonderful Christian Man he was. Blessings! ;)MLK's I have a Dream Speech
I'm pretty sure just about everyone would pick this, it's what he's most known for.I think it's pretty awesome that I was born on MLK Day. Makes it extra special for me. =)
MLK's I have a Dream Speech
I HAVE A DREAM, IT'S SO MOTIVATING TO ME!MLK's I have a Dream Speech
Thank you for compiling these clips in one place. What a brave, articulate, brilliant hero.
Bush should listen to his words on war. "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere". And how dare we be so "arrogant" in Vietnam- what would he think about us now?
His last speech is chilling as he seemed to know he did not have long to live.
But his best is his "I have a dream speech". Judging people on the "content of their character" --if only.
MLK's last speech
Dr. King's "Last Steep Ascent" speech which was originally published in The Nation (thenation.com) is my favorite. I'm unsure it was his final public utterance, however.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
They are all great, but this has to be my favorite.MLK on War
This man was a great American and truly beleived in God and his Country. I truly wish he were still here so someone would listen.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
"I have a Dream Speech!" This has got to be the most inspiriation speak to date! Martin Luther King (MLK) had a message for 'all' people - and I think he said it quite well. As an orator - MLK spoke about the nation and what he had witnessed, and what the nation should have been providing for all mankind - FREEDOM! He laid down his life for all, so justice would prevail. God provided 'all' mankind with a leader - to help lead the people out of harms way. What a great job he did for 'all' people?MLK's I have a Dream Speech
of course i love this one.i had to study and analyze it
MLK's I have a Dream Speech
its just the one to that stood out more cause of the effect of the words he spoke, they were true words and a dream we should all want.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
What a great orator, He was inspiring.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
this is I think one of the most inspirational speeches of the 20th century.MLK's last speech
this man should be honored everyday because without him do u thing black and whites could go to school together or even go to the same public place. It is a shame that without him to take a stand and die for the cause no ones eyes would be able to see that this wrong and it is sad to treat people that way. For all he has done his birthday is the least we can do to show him in heaven that is work has been followed through. May he rest in peace.MLK on War
All of his speeches was inspiring. I believe they all have a place in our hearts but the most inspirational is his "Last Speech". I'm glad that someone posted his speech on the web b/c it gives younger children the opportunity to hear what they was fighting for back in the days. Now in school they do not play any of the speeches from our late leaders it only sheds light on what they are teaching our kids.MLK's I have a Dream Speech
I like Martin Luther King's speech because of thay he made history not only for black people but an entire nation. It represents the meaning of freedom. Giselle RiveraMLK's I have a Dream Speech
It's the one most remembered by many people.MLK's I have a Dream Speech

Here is an excerpt from today's article called "MLK and the Establishment's Dream":
"Martin Luther King, Jr. was, by the standards of any reasonable human being, an impacting figure in American history. As a rabid organizer an advocate of African American rights, his exploits did influence public policy in Washington to the point of convincing important figures from the White Establishment to follow the long awaited current towards racial inclusion throughout the electoral process. Nevertheless, there is a sinister side to the Media’s obsession with MLK and his legacy. Although history has had at its disposal many other Black heroes to choose from, American society (i.e. the Press and their sheep) had already decided to utilize King, Jr. as the picture-perfect illustration of what a revolutionary should be. And, even if we discount the “closet” datum which surround this historical figure, the fact that Boston University found, after a thorough investigation, that a third of his Doctoral dissertation had been plagiarized, or the lurid details about his sexual misconducts, or his affiliation to disreput... What was it about MLK’s message that clearly distinguished him, in the eyes of both his detractors and supporters and that as a consequence has engendered a cascading array of honors from the State, be it a Federal Holiday all the way to an upcoming monument in the heart of Washington, DC., between Jefferson and Lincoln?
America’s obsession with political correctness and ideological cowardliness is not a recent phenomenon. It goes back to the infancy of the “Baby Boomer Generation” and its decade long stronghold on the concept of illusory tranquility. It was in the 1950’s were the whole premise of “going safe”, on everything from kitchen appliances to political figures, began to hatch. It’s offspring was a social ambiance intolerant of radicalism and true revolutionary change, and speedily attracted to reactionary thought. That era’s approach to any apparently dramatic modification of the status quo, was all variants of violent opposition, primarily founded on religious tradition and unwholesome fears of Communism, which were the prevalent scarecrows of the time. We can see this attitude in action when we study the time of Segregation in the South, a circumstance which didn’t benefit anyone involved, be they White Southerners or African-Americans, for it created the prevalent structure of resentment and racial competition that would eventually explode into the bitterness in which we find ourselves immersed today. Nevertheless, segregation appealed to that generation of White Americans..."

MLK's I have a Dream Speech
My favorite speech is Dr. Martin Luther King's I have a Dream Speech. It is very momentous, and it teaches us to love our b thatlack brothas and sistas and don't push them down. The other races are trying demolish the black human race and push us back to slavery and we as African-Americans cannot allow them to see us and considder us to be uneducated and uncivilized people. We need to stop killing our black people by our hands, and the black brothas in jail right now need to do whatever possible to stay out of jail when they prayerfully get out. i am going to teach my children how to get along with their fellow black sistas and brothas. I will let them know also treat people like you wanna be treated . Don't mistreat the other races just because they don't like your skinMLK's I have a Dream Speech
