    I think Linsay is doing a great job kicking negative people put of her life. I honestly dont think that I could ever let any one of my family members handle my career. GREAT JOB LINDSAY!!!!

    You don't "get rid" of your mom. You can stop taking her advice or letting her control you.

    get rid of enablers, if that includes your mother. I have been there. I had to do the same thing, not with my mother, but with friends. I have found friends that are supportive of me and will stand by my side and listen to me. they've gotten me thru some rough times.

    Who knows what her mom is really like but I have heard enough garbage in the news to say that I wouldn't keep someone like that in my life.

    DINA LOHAN IS THE DEVIL. I have personally seen her do coke with her daughter. She is sick. Forget about Britney. Someone take Dina's kids away from her.

    Regardless of the things that her mom has done, she needs her support.
    Lindsey is old enough to make her own decisions but not wise enough to go through with them on her own.

    She needs to seperate herself from anyone that's going to bring her down. Including MOM. However, she needs to keep in touch with her and be apart of her life but in a different manner. Maybe mom needs some rehab too.

    her mom signs up for an E! show, guaranteeing that her daughter will be around her 90% of the time, and doesn't tell her daughter. Thats just pathetic. Lohan is way better off without mama

    You said it at the beginning--her mom is an enabler. Why in the world would Lindsay want such a bad influence when she seems to be trying (at least) to get her life back together? Mom, go away, and find yourself someone else to squeeze money from.

    I think this is a great move on Lindsay part. Dina clearly was an enabler. Her dad does appear to have issues as well but I think he is the lesser of two evils. He seem to be more about Lindsay his daughter, where as Dina seem to be more about the Linsady the actress. I hope Lindsay is able to find and get what she needs as oppose to what she wants.
