While they both say they want a moratorium, both have a healthy load of earmarks going this year - nearly $300 million worth for Clinton and nearly $100 million for Obama.

It is too bad so many people believe everything the liberal media says as the gospel truth. It is so scary. Too many have their eyes blinded. They do not wish to hear the truth. I pray God will have mercy on this country that has turned from him. We do not live in a Christian country anymore like when it was founded. -

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
Every American should know that. -

The phrase "seperation of church and state" gets thrown in their faces. THEN...when the schools or whatever get sued they are reminded it is NOT in the constitution but a letter written by Thomas Jefferson on keeping the government out of religion.

Arguing would be like what it says in the bible on "casting pearls among swine." You can present facts and some people just do not want to hear it. I pray God will have his hand in this election. May peoples eyes be opened to the truth. I pray he shows this country mercy and grace even though it doesn't deserve it. You left me no choice but to choose McCain, however my choice is not McCain - he stood a fair chance before he chose what's-her-name for a running mate. I'm still in the air on who to vote for. May have to write in someone...hmmmmm. At any rate, let me see here.....just to comment on a few:
We may have suicide bombers in this country from McCain's followers if he is not elected president - they seem so adamant about him being THE MAN; Obama's Muslim faith? Why couldn't he be? I have many Muslim friends and they ARE NOT bombers and haters and scary people. They are some of the nicest people I know. So our religions are not the same, we still get along. Not everyone wants to be white Anglo-Saxon Protestants; I thought it was optional to place your hand on your heart for the National Anthem, but a must do so for the Pledge of Allegiance - he is at least standing to honour the NA - which is acceptable; Mrs. Obama in the same photo with Farrakhan, so what? I have had my photo taken with some racist people in my work place and that doesn't make me any more like them than you are, or are you? He doesn't disown Rev. Wright. So what, again.
