Hangover Cures- How do YOU cure a hangover?
You remember those dreaded nights, where you let go and drank yourself silly... it's fun! Until the next morning usually when you awaken to a pounding headache, and an overwhelming feeling of nausea; you're hungover .There are many 'hangover cures' or hangover preventatives, but unfortunately they don't all work. Eating before a night of drinking is helpful so there is something to absorb all the alcohol you drink, and therefore gives the body time to process the alcohol. Drinking lots of water when drinking helps to rehydrate your body, because alcohol is a major DEhydrator.
We've also seen certain things like eating a raw egg to cure hangovers, when in reality it usually induces more vomiting. A common cure for hangovers is drinking more the next morning; However, all that does is put off the alcohol detox even longer.
So, how do YOU cure or prevent a hangover?

part of the reason a person is hungover the next morning is because they're extremely dehydrated. before bed i make sure i drink about a quart of water and take a couple pain relievers (aspirin, ibuprofin, et cetera). it's been many years since i've had to deal with the day after monster ;) lol! -

I just do not know how throwing in the trampoline would affect me, so I thought we should have the viagra just in case. -

usually eat a couple candy bars and a half a gallon on water. Thats works every time, for me!
