making love is a feeling... a feeling where for a reason you can't fathom and don't care about at that time, everything around you is wonderful and full of wonderment, and you are... happy.
Sex? It can be great... it can be bloody awful, but either way it's animal passion and carnal enjoyment. -

Contrary to popular belief I think women are perfectly capable of feeling plain old rapturous lust... visual stimulation, whatever you wanna call it, as typified by little Mr. George Michael crooning (or lip-synching?) "I want your sex." Loving someone has to do with not just craving physical intimacy, the touch of flesh to flesh, but caring for that person into old age, during infirmities and adversities while young and middle-aged, the desire to have physical intimacy represent more than hormones. -

sex is an act. it can mean and/or represent something deeper but thats all it is and all itll ever be.
love on the other hand is what really holds a relationship[of any kind] together. nothing runs as deep as love, hate does come close thought. love can cause you to do irrational and unexplanible things. love itself cant always be explained. love is powerful. love is real.

If sex is the first thing I think about when I see a girl, then I know I'll never love her. It's when you meet a girl, and the last thing you're thinking is about sex. It may sound strange, but it's when you're more concerned with gaining her affection, listening to what she has to say, and learning about her overall than sleeping with her.
Of course, sex is fun, it's healthy, it's stimulating, and we want it often, but love is reserved for very rare occassions, and I've learned that I would much rather wait years to find love, than have sex over and over with someone you know you'll never feel that way about... -

I learned the difference in my twenties. Now in my Thirties i am wise. Sex can be therapy, exercise, causal, a love connection, energy vibration, a stage to future break up, a stage to future marriage, a level to the baby factory. The experience is good, i feel sorry for beginners and virgins.-lol -

It depends on how old you are. When your young , sex can seem like love but as you get older you tend to look at things differently. Sure you can have great sex and not be in love...but in the longrun it can become a thorn in the side. If all you have in common is sex you need to look deeper in your relationship and wonder where its gonna go. If you're the type of person where it doesnt matter to you, then bang away baby! Ha ha. But seriously...here's my view on the difference between sex and love: Sex is when you roll over when your done and wish you were somewhere else (sometimes)....love is when you roll over and realize that not only was the sex amazing...but the person lying next to you is pretty amazing too... -

sex is something that anyone can do with another person, its common knowledge...but making love is different, its more intimate and ur not just looking for the climax ur looking for the closeness and the feeling of sharing ur body with a person that u would give the world to if it made them happy. -

One thing is physical, the other is an emotion. It isn't hard to tell the difference.
The problem is that for many reasons, a lot of people have associated one with the other, and blended them into one thing. They're not. They can coexist seperately, and can also come together. -

Sex is a one nighter, or a bump buddy once in a while. Love you can love very deeply with out sex. But when you have sex in love, you know it cause the other person cares what you are feeling. Takes longer. They do not just think of them selves -

Answered I know the difference.. but I choose to remain quiet.. it will ruin my game.
Sex is the shit, it consist of: fucking, banging, boning, sticking, eating, poking, pounding, grinding, sucking, swallowing, licking, biting, moaning, screaming, cuming. Sex do it for the kids!!!
Love is finding someone you can share a quiet moment with and not piss the other off. And doing alot of the above. -

Anyone can have sex with another person. If it isn't intimate, it's sex. People have it for fun or as an urge, or something they may feel they must do to please someone else or even them self.
Love is something that doesn't come all the time and if you find it...hold on to it for dear life. There is nothing else like it. You become as one, not only physically, but emotionally and in all things. There is a bond beyond that you get with "sex". There is a respect, a peace, trust and loyalty, a sense of completion. The physical isn't the most important thing when love is there...the other person is the most important thing.... -
