MORE SWIFTBOATING FROM MCNASTY?
source: factcheck.org"McCain falsely claimed Obama's plan would increase taxes on 23 million small-business owners, when the vast majority of them would get a cut. Any increase would actually fall only on the most affluent, a few hundred thousand business owners.
McCain falsely claimed Obama "says he'll raise taxes on electricity," though Obama has said no such thing and his tax plan contains no proposal for a tax on electricity.
As noted already, McCain falsely claimed Obama once voted for a Democratic budget bill that called for raising taxes on persons making as little as $32,000 a year, when in fact the proposal would not have affected anyone with total income under $41,500 a year, or $83,000 for a married couple with no children.
McCain stated that Obama would raise taxes "if you have an investment for your child’s education or own a mutual fund or a stock in a retirement plan." This was found to be "false" by our colleagues at Politifact.com, and we concur.
McCain has been twisting tax facts about Obama as far back as June 10, when he gave a speech to a small-business gathering saying: "Under Senator Obama's tax plan, Americans of every background would see their taxes rise." There may be persons of "every background" among the affluent, but McCain's phrasing was misleading. These ads continue his long-running pattern of deception on taxes. "
At least the nice thing about mcnasty is that he's so bad at lieing.

Answered Of course, if he talked about the issues he'd lose for sure.
Neither will balance the budget in the next four years, but it’s taken such a Bushwhacking, I can see why. Here’s how the economy will shake out, with both raising the deficit: “…Obama would do so by $3.4 trillion, while McCain would raise the deficit by $5 trillion. The Obama plan would cut taxes for most people, but raise levies significantly on the very wealthy. McCain, by contrast, would cut taxes for nearly everyone, but provide by far the biggest reductions for those making the most money.”
All anyone has to do is read for themselves at factcheck.org or google mccain obama taxes. But we know that most McCainites would rather just believe Fixed News, BillO the clown, Hannity, Fat Ass Limbaugh and the other right-wing rich guys who want McCain in only because they make enough money to be hit by higher taxes when Obama gets elected. Those of you who are in the lowest 3/4 of wage earners in this country are really fooling yourselves if you think McCain is the better deal.
"The rich would pay more under Barack Obama's tax plan, and the poor and middle-class would pay less, a nonpartisan analysis finds. Under John McCain's plan, the rich would pay much less than they do now, the poor and middle-class would pay a bit less, and the federal deficit would grow, the study found." http://www.suntimes.com/news/...

Mccain spends most of his time talking about Obama. The desperation was very clear with the recent paris hilton ad. Mccain simply does not have a plan of his own. How many of you saw on CNN a week ago when one of Mccains top advisers was asked "what are the differences between Mccains economic plan and Bushs, he said...ugh...ummmm, let me see, umm well "Im just at a lost for words right now"...... They can respond good when talking about Obama, however when you get to real nitty gritty, concerning the issues he is a blubbering idiot. -

That is why there is no such thing as intelligent debate over this election. People are not voting for McCain, they are voting against Obama and the fact that he is going to do more in his first year to help America than either Bush did in four terms. -

Answered Nobody listens to Obama, right?
Obama's tax programs and general claims are so flawed. I'd be surprised that McCain would actually challenge them in anyway. Socialism isn't a US Policy and most intelligent voters would never buy into these empty claims. -

Well what sucks is, those who already felt unsure about Obama,, then swallow McCains lies about him.. and whats the chances anythings going to change their minds? Its one thing to twist the truth, but to just flat out lie?! How is he getting away with that crap?! If that man doesnt fall over and have a stroke before the election it will be a miracle... .. -

well, if you like tax breaks for corporations and mega-defense spending and saber rattling , then i suppose there is a mcsame plan. hopefully, he'll continue to play out his completely ludacris campaign and make it easier for obama to beat him.i wouldn't call it a plan for america, more like a plan for him and his.
