President Bush at the Beijing Olympics: Is George W. Bush a pervert?

George Bush has wiggled his hips on stage in Liberia, held hands with Saudi Prince Abdullah, and tried to massage a fellow head of state. But one photo opportunity at this weekend's Beijing Olympics made even the famously jocular US president cringe.

The loaded proposal came after Bush made a good play during practice with the women's beach volleyball team. "Mr President, want to?" bikini-clad player Misty May-Treanor asked him.

She was referring to her own bottom. It is a beach volleyball tradition for players to slap one another's backsides after a successful point.

May-Treanor presented her posterior to the president, with cameras poised to capture the moment. Bush - married to wife Laura for more than 30 years - appeared to freeze, but smiled before brushing the back of his hand against the base of her spine.

The encounter prompted some chatter among the press corps. The Los Angeles Times pointed out that the word "backside" was quickly changed to "back" in one captioned photo of the presidential tap.

Asked about May-Treanor's request by the Associated Press, Bush demurred: "I didn't take it very seriously. I guess everything the president does is interesting."

As much as I can't stand George Bush, this is silly. I don't think he's a pervert for doing something like this at all. Talk about trying to search things to make him look bad this is not one of them. Ain't no big thing...

What a stupid poll. If you really want to roll it back 10 years to cigars and DNA on blue dresses go ahead but it won't be pretty, but it will be a distraction from 'Air Gauge.'

Sorry to be the one to inform all of you that yes, GWB is a pervert -- much worse than anything at the Olympics, however,

Ever heard of Jeff Gannon? I suggest you google Bush with Jeff Gannon and you'll get all the links you need to find out. Whoever said he's gay is correct. Just part of the amazing hoax the Bush Crime Family has foisted on us. I'm not knocking anyone who is gay. It's a free country. It's the hypocrisy that is so upsetting. Jeff Gannon was set up as a reporter in the White House press corps to ask friendly questions to Bush at the few press appearances he made. Turns out Gannon had about zero prior journalistic/reporting experience. Turns out he has alot of experience running a gay escort service, i.e., gay prostitute. Turns out Gannon has many sign-ins to the White House and alot fewer sign-outs. Interesting how Fox let this story drop like a hot potato when it "came out" a few years ago. Gannon is no longer with the White House Press Corps. There's alot more perv to this and the prior Bush administration that most of you would really want to know. Google the Franklin cover-up. Not only gay, but pedophiles, too. The worst thing about it is the cover-ups and their pretense to be so opposite. Sorry, I wasn't happy to find out about it either.

I forgot to also mention: google Bush Victor Ashe, follow the links and you'll find out alot more about his secret gay life. Meant to say more than you want to know, but the truth is shocking sometimes. Someone from the D.C. area said that it is common knowledge that Bush is gay, but nobody talks about it for fear of retaliation. Makes sense! Like I said, people can do what they want -- it's the hypocrisy that's aggravating. Like Edwards on Fox for hours now. Why were the above stories never covered??

There's a reason no one did anything with this 'non story.' If there was even a crumb of credibility to this the media world wide would besiege the white house and you know it. Nice try, airhead.

This has less than zero to do with Michael Moore. I know you'd like to think Lil Bush is Lilly White, but sad to say -- they posed the question -- the truth will all come out eventually.

You can deny it all you want, and be really mean and say nasty things all you want. There is a very wise saying that goes, "Truth crushed to earth will rise again." All the crimes of these hoodlums will come out eventually. Have you done any investigating and reading about these things or are you just denying them because you're afraid of the truth like FOX news, and because they have their own unsavory agenda to promote. Like corporate profit at the expense of the rest of us, for one small example.

Misty showed poor judgement. President Bush graciously provided a more appropriate touch without being insulting.
