I have one outside my back door and I have no clue what it is.

    well...for heaven's sake Ravenhon solved it already....coz I have NO clue about plants...they're nice, they're green....that's all I need to know, lol ;)

    That's what we country folks like to call, sour grass. It's related to clover. You can chew the leaves, which are sour. We used to chew on this stuff as kids.
