I’m afraid you would get leftovers from yesterday, but it’s good. Slow roasted pork shoulder with a generous amount of garlic, oregano, and sea salt, basted with olive oil and apple cider. Perfectly done golden crackle, mashed potatoes and homemade gravy. Also, roasted carrots, Turnip greens with chopped turnips, and country style rolls with real butter. For desert, Dutch apple pie (store bought) with vanilla yogurt ice-cream.
I do not eat like this all the time, but once in a while good ole comfort food really hits the spot.
