That should be her parents decision, regardless of you and I may view it or disapprove of it, don't you think?

Look, in my opinion nobody should wear the word "Hottie" on the back of her pants. You either "have it" or you don't and if you have to advertise it by spelling it out for people, you come across as full of yourself. Also, a 12 year old is still a young girl and far too young to be thinking of herself in a sexual way.

I am far from being a prude but a lot of these young girls today are ridiculous. Or maybe this should be aimed towards the wonderful parents.
I see very young girls trying SO hard to get attention they will do anything. It's pretty pathetic. These young girls today have no role models except losers like paris hilton and lindsey lohan...and we wonder why a good percentage have no class. I think girls should stop using their bodies for attention and start using the thing they forgot about....their brains.

No. She is still just a little kid. No matter what she, or the other 12 & 13 year old girls in the rest of the world think. There are some really mean & veisous people in the world that would love to get there hands on them. Kids now days have never heard of Bundy,BTK, Green River Killer. Men like that don't go away. They just start a new generation. That is what are 12 & 13 year olds have to look forward to. If they want to dress like that. They should watch some shows on the real world & not some cartoon version of it.

I think popular media has sexualized young children at a very early age which causes them to do that kind of stuff. popular media sexualized young children age

low rider jeans aren't bad, as long as she has a shirt that is long enough that there isn't skin showing. But the pants with the word hottie on them, as not appropriate for a girl that young, and personally i think pants with stuff like that written on them are just stupid anyways. lol

But try finding something that's NOT slutty in a store now. The "whore" culture is just as alive and thriving as the "thug" culture. You couldn't dress a kid like a normal human being if you tried any more (in America, at least).
