How's your typing?
When I was in high school my mom always told me to take typing that I would need it but I always refused telling her that typing was for girls! Boy was I wrong! How about you, do you type?

    I'm in the middle of pro and not a pro because it all depends on my energy level at the time. I don't think anyone can be a pro ALL THE TIME.

    97 wpm! Am I ever happy that I took typing seriously! Not that I use an actual typwriter obviously - but they keyboard is essential in my work!

    I have strong typing skills, and am fast. All thanks to a wonderful high school teacher. AND, it has been a great help to me my entire adult life.

    I took computer/typing classes in high school (easy grades lol) I can type pretty fast, both hands, without looking :)

    Can't do numbers When they still had typewriters and I took typing we had a 5 word penelty for each error, so my scores were always in the -15 range per test. Wasn't a good class for me.

    In school, I could do 30 wpm. Later, after much practice, I reached 40 wpm. Now, with both arthritis and neuropathy in my hands, I don't know, but I still plug along with both hands.

    I use to confuse the hell out of my Word instructor in college. She never understood how I could type as fast as some of the others using just two fingers.

    I told her I tried doing it the other way, but my fingers got in the way. lol

    lol! my son...15 now types with his two fingers and is really quick. I'm not sure what speed, but he's fast. I think it has to do with all the texting he does!
