Answered This is what I think about safety now...
I use to but not so much anymore. Society has lost a general respect for others boundries and has become so desensitized it appears to not be nearly as safe. I no longer give others the benefit of the doubt and feels it's important to take responsibility for myself and my safety. -
Answered None of the above
I have lived here 20 yrs and never a problem with any of that but, how do you know when some deviate is going to prowl your neighborhood??? A locked door won't keepout people who
really want to get in, but just maybe the sound of breaking in
will alert you and give you time to take necessary action, like
call 911 or grab a weapon. Why gamble with your life? -
Answered Are you serious?
My part of the woods isn't the safest place to be... thievery and drug use is common occurrences...police roam the neighboring streets around my home consistently I would be totally insane to leave my door unlocked at any ungiven time. -
Answered Yes very safe!
well until today when the police station called with an automated messege that a man who had been arrested escaped and was being pursued by the police in my neighborhood last seen at the river naked.... Nice now we are all locked up. my luck he will be in my backyard next
Answered Yes very safe!
We could leave the front door hanging wide open and no one would do anything, except maybe come up and close it for us. =D
