Britney Spears Gives Custody of Children to Kevin Federline- Why did she do it?

Britney Spears has officially given up legal custody of her two children, Sean Preston (2 years) and Jayden James (18 months), to her ex-husband Kevin Federline. KFed was not planning on fighting for full custody, but was pleasantly surprised by Britney's decision. Spears will be allowed visitation rights to see her children. While battling with her bipolar disorder, it's probably in the best interest of the kids not to be under her supervision, or lack thereof.

She had no choice. but i personally think she should have the kids because if KFed comes home everynight with a new women like everyday/week the kids will be so confused and be all like "is this our new mommy??O_O" its really sad and i wish britney could keep them i have a feeling she would take better care of them now that she has had help and is trying to pull her life together! she even gets to be on that tv show now that she has recovered and pulled her act together so i just wanna say

I don't know what her intentions were for giving up legal custody of her children but finally Britney has done something right in a long time. I have no idea what is going on in her head and what demons she is battling but I am thankful I am not where she is and wish her the best in life and with her children. I know it must definately not be easy having the mass always giving their negative comments and talking about how much they can't stand her blah blah blah but still investing in time to comment about the girl.

Will everyone f****** leave her alone? She's drunk; alot of people are. She's sick. Most people are. If she wasn't famous before this, no one would pay much attention to her. Theres alot of people in the world sicker than her, yet no one pays attention to them! Alot and I mean ALOT people abandon their kids. Her husband is taking care of them. This isnt a rare situation; so why do alot of people act like it is? Because she's famous? Nice. Leave her alone dammit!

She probably doesn't want to deal with them any more. Its bad for her reputation (along with other things) and she isn't always in the spotlight when she has them along. But no one knows for sure, she is probably the only person who knows why she did it.

At least I hope it is because she is using common sense and good judgement. Not forgetting that she is their mother- not just so she can party w/o responsibility. Who knows w/ these celebs anymore? They are always on the news, taking away from the "real" news in the world.

Once her kids start getting photographed and KNOWN to the world....They no longer have the same privileges we do as citizens....She put herself out there...she can't do anything when it comes to be followed by paparazzi...she has no rights to privacy...maybe she wants her kids to have that right to privacy....so in the long wrong, they can decide for themselves...if they want to be photographed.....With them always freaking following her....and there HAS been times when she has almost injured herself because of the paparazzi....There has to be some type of law were if Celebrity has a child....that paparazzi CAN'T step near a celebrity...if they have their child with them..unless...they give them authorization to......She did for the safety of her kids...I think.....Shes getting back on track....if she didn't care....I don't think...she would have asked for visitation rights!!
