Guitar Hero III vs. RockBand: Which is better?

In Guitar Hero III, the player uses a special guitar-shaped controller to simulate the playing of rock music by playing in-time to scrolling notes on-screen, similar to the previous versions. However, Guitar Hero III allows for online play, as well as multiple cooperative modes not previous available.

RockBand allows players to perform in virtual bands by providing up to four players with the ability to play three different peripherals modeled after music instruments (a guitar peripheral for lead guitar and bass guitar gameplay, a drum peripheral, and a microphone).

The question is, which is a better game?

Hate both games... but Rock Band has way more content then Guitar Hero... and all Guitar Hero's bands are crap no one listins to AC/DC any more get with the times

Rock Band is way too easy. When I play Rock Band I actually get bored after 1 song on expert! I cant imagine how boring easy is.
