I sure do and just pat dry lightly.

    Go for a dip in the already filled pool to cool off. Save water. Plus my showers are hot,so when i step out the air is cooler to my skin.

    Ohhhhhh yeeeeeeeessssssssss! Maybe 2 or 3 a day. I took 2 today...and thinking about it now...I just may take another before I go to sleep. Nothing like taking a cool shower on a hot day....

    If I'm coming in from outside having a heat stroke, it's a cool shower.
    If I'm in the house and feeling normal...warm to steaming hot!!!!!
