Many SHs were mad down ravers. I like the give an up rave or no rave policy.

    meh, I think a comment is much more important, and acknowledgable than a simple downrave...

    If I disagree with someone, i would simply say it, instead of hiding behind an anonymous button... I think things can only get more interesting now.

    I have gotten some DR's, but the site only notifies me of raves. I would certainly respond to a DR quicker than to a Rave. DR should be disrespect, that is what it amounts to. . . Usually.

    Maybe not more boring. But I thought it was good to just be able to give a down rave if you didn't agree with something someone says.

    They didn't get rid of down raves....they tried to fix the random DR problem....

    Somer people just abused them and even used them as a weapon. I won;t miss them as I only downraved bigotry and attacks on individuals which is usually rare.

    We haven't finished adjusting the DownRaves. We have considered adding "Respectfully Disagree" as the Thumbs Down and adding a "Report Abuse Flag" which will function like the current DR (report abuse options).

    Please keep sending your feedback. Don't expect changes overnight. We know we'll never satisfy everyone -- lots of people like the new changes or don't care. Either way, DRs shouldn't dictate your like/dislike of SH. You, your friends (new and old) and the content and connections you all create makes SH.
