    Apart from the point where we cant go there, if the laws were diffrent i still wouldnt want to. There stuck with almost everything from 'back in the day' and much poverty.     I'm not a fan of the heat, though I'm sure it would be nice.

    Actually, there's this Cuban art gallery on Queen West, and it's got some wonderful things in it... and the curator is really awesome, haha, last time I was there, he started singing show tunes, so my friend and I joined it, it was great fun.

    I have been there three times. Many many years ago.
    For a time it was like Hawaii only a lot closer. Now it is a communist hell that sympathizes with the likes of Hugo Chavez and Akminwishhewadeadajob. Not a good place.

    I think it would be facinating to meet these people. The Caribbean is beautiful and I would assume that the Cubans could use some American dollars. As the world grows smaller, we become more aware of our fellow eartlings in need. I would like to extend my hand in friendship and like to hope that seeds of hope are sewn wherever I go.
