I think they should raise the legal age to 21 so maybe, possibly, people wont get hooked so early and be able to make a better choice about smoking.

It should be the right of individuals and businesses to decide about smoking and smoking policies. Those that don’t want to smoke don’t have to and those that don’t want to be around smokers should be smart enough to avoid businesses and venues where smoking is permitted. If a restaurant or bar wants to be smoking friendly so be it, they will loose the business of those that don’t want to be around it on the other hand if a restaurant or bar wants to be smoke free the opposite applies. The government; city, state, or federal has no business getting involved.

By the way I am not a smoker !
