"No Regrets, No Worries" makes more sense.

no regrets no worries make much more sense ,coz we arent living in an ideal world,we are living in a world ruled by the principles of need , mercy and constant factors of hunger deprivation social bounds, resulting in constant regrets consequently giving air to worries hence o avoid all this we must learn to live regret free life,,,always one must ponder alot b4 making any decision and than be staunch upon it to avoid all regrets and worries regret free lifealways alot b4 decision staunch avoid regrets worries

"No Worries, No Regrets" makes more sense

Even if you don't have anything that you regret, you can still needlessly worry. But, if you don't worry at all, then you never have anything to regret.

"No Regrets, No Worries" makes more sense.

If you don't regret your actions, how can you worry about their repercussions?

Or rather, neither makes more sense than the other. The phrase works equally well in either order.

I want it as a tattoo but I don't know which makes more sense.

If you have no regrets, then you have no worries.
If you have no worries, then you have no regrets.

you know, typing it right now makes me think "no worries no regrets" might sound better.

    Hmmmm

and I just wanted an opinion of which makes more sense.

They both make equal sense, because it's not an "if, then" situation. They are just two things that go together because of some other external factor.

"No Regrets, No Worries" makes more sense.

Turn your regrets over to God and have no worries.......lean not upon your own understanding trust in the Lord with all your heart and He will direct your path.

This has saved my life, he has warned me and directed my path out of the way of harm.
