    Meltdown at work!

    One of my workers came in my office with a bad attitude and would'nt stop. I told him to get out before I lose it. he didnt. I through a clip board at him and hit the TV thats in here instead of him. he ran out and I chased him down the street calling him everything in the book. He never did that again.

    in 2000 and, unbelievably, AGAIN in 2004.
    prior to that I hadn't realized how stupid so many of my fellow citizens were.

    Meltdown at home!

    It was a small meltdown yesterday, but I was telling my son about helping one of our horses that hurt herself and needed medical salve. I was frustrated with the whole situation, which turned into anger and sadness.

    A few days ago, I found out my ex - then current - boyfriend had lied and cheated on me. Minutes later he called telling me he was gonna come over. I acted calm but the second I got off the phone I was so pissed I started screaming and then I just broke down crying and shaking out of so much anger.

    The last time I had a melt down is when two detectives tried to brow beat me into confessing to stealing a deposit from my work that was less then what I make in a month.
