Men & Women who are serving in our military should be paid more than anyone in congress or senate, Actives are the ones who deserve the life time pention. At least we know our military are in service to our country. Working towards a better stronger tomorrow than any of them sitting on their asses on the hill.

I am always amazes at how the highest paid in this country. only worry about filling their pockets. The people, who actually serve this country are never paid enough. There are many in this country, who deserve the high salaries, not the corporate leaders, who destroy companies, outsource jobs, and have fake off shore fronts. - +1 raves Not Einstein October 23, 2009 06:41:41

I agree, which is why i discourage anyone from joining until they fix the benefit package. We veterans risk our lives for your freedom and cant get shit when we get out of the military, we should get FREE health care for life, they should eliminate co-pays and means tests, and we get no pension unless we stay 20 years and thats bullshit
