I think that I found this quote so incredibly profound because I have developed this habit of over dramatizing things that I'm going through. In reality, when we step back and look at what we are doing in our lives, it's all just an experience to enhance our own existence. No one is making us do the things that we are doing; we choose to do them. And then, at least in my case, I choose to.....
