Just because it's Christmas....

Let's not forget what's it really about...
Often we can get "wrapped" up and "tied" up in the hectic pace of Christmas. Rushing around buying things, getting stuck in what "stranded" in those "lost in space" long line ups!
But it's at these times we need to come back down to earth and really realize what's most important!
It's not the presents that matter the most, but rather spending time with our loved ones. And showing those around us some compassion and understanding. Being a little extra patient to the clerk at the counter, because she/he too has a family they are waiting to go home to as well, and have waited on a lot of people all day long.
It's knowing that yes there's a lot of traffic on the roads right now, but turn the radio on in your car, and just hum to the radio or tap your fingers on your steering wheel, no sense in getting angry or impatient.
Your family wants you home alive, just like other family's want their family's want their family members home too. Don't make the mistake of doing something foolish by being impatient. It is Christmas after all. An extra 10 minutes could save your life or end it. You just never know.
It's knowing that we are not alone in this world, and that we can share it. WE were meant too, try to share the Christmas joy with someone you know or don't know. The mailman, the newspaper boy/girl or a stranger. Your favorite coffee hangout place you go to. Perhaps it's your Starbucks server. I don't know. Just try and share the Christmas Cheer!
And most of all have a Wonderful Awesome Super Dooper
