It's Over

Edwards and Naral endorses Obama today.

They will not have the guts to go to Convention, rather they will swarm now to be (since he was picked from the beginning) for Obama.

Cindy I am putting up some blogs that might explain what is happening. I would appreciate your take on them. If nothing else it would be educational reading. Thanks

I am so disgusted with the true discrimination, the discrimination against women all over the world.

Why do we continue to allow the good ol' boys club to control our lives, our careers, our choices and now what was to be our time.

How many people who voted early in the process have changed their minds? I know my Aunt and Uncle from Iowa have since changed their mind on who they will vote for in November. How many more will vote for McCain if Hillary isn't the nominee?

    DONATE TO HILLARY AND NOW!!!

Have you seen Iron Jawed Angels on HBO this month?
wow - what women went through (100 years) before getting to vote - the jail time, beeing force fed - scary stuff.
We still have a way to go though...

When you see other women put down Hillary, you know why it's hard to get a female elected. Women are nasty, coniving, jealous and wouldn't bat an eye while stabbing another woman in the back. We, too, have to take responsibility for the discrimination.

    What will you do?

I have decided Dems may pull it off in Nov. So they do not need my vote.
McCain does and so do I, because my vote is the only power I have.

THIS NOMINEE WAS NOT DONE BY VOTERS.
IT WAS BROKERED FROM THE BEGINNING BY ELITES IN THE PARTY.
    THEY FOOLED EVERYONE.
BARRACK WINS ONLY BY THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY DECIDEING SO FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.
THEY ARE BANKING ON THE PARTY TO COME TOGETHER.

There are Party people and truth/justice people.
    BOTH are champions of causes-
Party people's work is made harder because my work makes people uncomfortable. You know what I mean?

We have to find our own path.

I will just say this. I have worked all my life for truth and justice issues (anti-establishment) I've lived long enough to have learned the "game" and for my lifetime accepted I can't get all I want with the Dem Party - but have voted because "for the most part" they have what I believed in.

Now, nearing the later years, I find I have worked for the changes I felt were best for the future, only to have been told (essentially) Look - "We know you like us well enough by now that you will go with us..." and the abuse continues. So, again I say, my only power is really with the vote I have. So I will use it for the first time in my life as protest to my (old) party.

I don't understand. The candidates campaigned in Iowa for months and getting up close and personal with basically everyone there who wanted to see them. Obama got 37.58% of the delegates, Clinton 29.75%, Edwards 29.47%.

She simply, clearly lost there. Then she won in New Hampshire 39% to 36%. How could the elites fix something so public as the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary? She is a very, very strong candidate and that's why the results have been so very close. Unfortunately for her Obama is slightly stronger this year.

If you don't vote or vote for McCain and he's the president, he'll be appointing two, maybe three new Justices. I'm not OK giving him that kind of legacy. I hope you aren't either.

Me, too. I will not vote for Obama. I will vote for McCain if I am given no other choice. Sadly, he will be the better of the two horrible choices.

    Dear Editor-

Super delegate asks me "Why couldn't the Clintons have waited?"

I am not speaking racist or sexist, only being the elder with certain energy that comes with age, with a thirty five year steady movement behind her, and 70% of voter support prior to Barrack entering the race, this was Hillary's time for Americans. Due to the 2006 knowledge of a large voter turn out, the Democratic National Committee chose to try and elect what would be our first African American president. While young, the hope of the quick building, arm twisting elites of the DNC and sudden persuasion for African American politicians to leave the Clinton Campaign was like an opening of floodgates. The therefore "broken" 2008 Coalition for an Election based on Race began. The seeds of division were planted and now have trickled down to the public, who is furious that they have been asked to vote for Race or Gender in the same election and at such a crucial time of War, Security and Economics that face Americans. Once again the public has been played by the good 'ol Washington tricks and special interests.

Obama would "open" with Oprah and would show enough experience with his charismatic articulation of hope; in the frenzy of an impatient nation, whose young and old desperately want to try to prove they are NOT racist. This type of atmosphere would present probably the best good opportunity for a younger, hopeful African American. His and the DNC's strategy is politics as usual reflecting the very actions in Washington Senator Obama vows to end.

Senator Clinton had the dignity and courage to agree to cough up her some 70% lead and national support from late 2006, which is something I and possibly the nation have never seen either party do! She has been stomped on harshly for three months by manipulating pundits and long time politicians who have a vested interest in manipulating Obama's youth to push through legislation that otherwise, with some democrats like Hillary Clinton, they could not achieve before retiring into the sunset for the historians to bless them positively.

Sadly Democrat policies are better. But we are split. Thanks guys! All we wanted was justice and the truth. Not to be told stay positive, think good thoughts. All we wanted was possibly eight years (being the elder) of Madam President to end the long movement for the equality of women with another eight years from Obama, ending the race issue, while all the time making change and undoing the horror of the Cheney/Bush years. Someone got selfish! And it has not been Hillary Clinton or the millions of Americans who have worked billions of hours from beginning in their youth, walking with her over 35 years to the steps of the White House. Shame on the DNC this election. Stop blaming Hillary Clinton for your mess! Go to the Convention!

IF the Supers were in fact wise, they would NOT allow the facade to continue to mock the American citizens.

She has what it will take to win the White House in November. Obama may 'reach out in a tone of love, hope and togetherness' - but we still DO NOT know him well enough.
