INTIMACY: It's Only GOOD When It Is Godly!

The Satisfying INTIMACY of sex is further proof that The LORD exists as HIS WORD says that HE does, and that HE created the Cosmos the explicit way that HE said that HE did!

"26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over...the earth.
27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
Those who live a sexually profligate life, (whether heterosexual or homosexual,) are NEVER satisfied sexually,...because their sinful sexual choices do not have the ability to bring the ultimate satisfaction that they seek, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

(At this point, those lacking self-discipline and moral-restraint will angrily start to comment on this post, telling me how hateful I am, and how fully-satisfied they truly are in all the areas that I mentioned.
[This is why environmentalism is inadequate as a human philosophy. Environmentalists are too often people trying to get the Earth under control, even though they still haven't gotten their own persons under control yet.]
Lacking self-control and lacking moral-restraint are the two sides of every attempt to satisfy the need for personal respect among peers (as well as relief from physical tension,) but Anger and Unrestrained SEX are like Gatorade in that they each make "you" feel stronger in the moment while depleting the very resources needed to make one truly strong for the duration.)

(This IS the example of a wife's submission to her husband, The Very Submission That Jesus, the Christ, Demonstrated toward HIS Own Divine Father. It IS the submission of one equal to another equal "in order to fulfill all righteousness."

You know when you get down to the reality of the matter, The Gospel of Jesus' Death, Burial, and Resurrection, demonstrates the fact that Jesus took a position lower than Mankind during HIS payment for SIN that HE would be in position to SAVE all the "Whosoever Wills!"
In this regard, Jesus, the Infinitely Greater, submitted Himself to providing for Man, the infinitely Inferior, for Man's own GOOD in an example to a wife of how she may receive ultimate victory in life by submitting herself, the consistently-more-skilled of GOD's two human creations, to her covenant-bond husband, who truly NEEDS her help and honestly KNOWS in his heart-of-hearts how unworthy he is of both her respect and her help.)

Ladies, the LORD gave you instruction toward your husband in a short paragraph. (HE knows that you "get" concepts quickly...for HE created you.) The LORD expressed the responsibility of the husband in a long paragraph. (HE knows that HE created us to be visual. Ergo, HE paints verbal pictures for us that require many words.)
A husband is to submit, to provide, to serve, his wife with love. This includes SEX, but since the wife has been created for emotion connection before SEX to the degree that the masculine sacrifice of emotional romance, intellectual communication, and respectful deference are the husband's submissive requirement toward his wife before the intimacy of SEX will do her even the slightest GOOD.

The reason that the Highest GOOD of human sexual fulfillment is permanently restricted to the three-way, spiritual covenant-bond between one man, one woman, and one Triune GOD, rather than any other classification of human intimacy, is that this is the only human illustration (albeit a terribly imperfect illustration) of the Unity found in The TRINITY, which brings satisfaction and fulfillment of purpose and design to all parts of the several whole.
As has been said in a previous blog,...
1. The Wife is commanded to submit to (or to serve) her husband with respect and reverence, since that is the weakest part of the relationship (for both) when the focus is on the husband.
2. The Husband is commanded to submit to (or to serve) his wife with the love of emotional support, of physical protection, of interpersonal understanding, since this is the weakest part of the relationship (for both) when the focus in on the wife.
Bottom Line: Any Distraction outside of the ONLY Divinely-ordained form of marriage that seeks to offer the fulfillment of a spouse in a way that substitutes for GOD's Sovereign Plan for the Highest Level of fulfillment that can only be gained with that covenant-bond spouse is SIN, a Crime Against Divinity!
Specifically?
When a wife seeks to get her emotional needs met by emotional liaisons other than her husband, then she is just as sinful as her husband is when he looks at pornography!
Why?
Wives often complain that pornography makes her feel ugly and lacking sexually. The thought expressed is often, "Am I not enough for you in this form of intimacy?"
In the same way, a husband feels this very violation when his wife proliferates female friendships to the exclusion of heart-intimacy with her husband. The thought expressed is often, "DO you really think that I am so incapable of emotional intimacy that you prefer your girlfriends over me? Am I not enough for you in this form of intimacy?"
Sexism from women to men may be more subtle, but it is every bit as devastating!

I admit to being very passionate about TRUTH. I am most vehement when my enemy is so close to harming people I care about whom I have never yet met. Only The LORD Jesus can give me that ability.
