I know you must be tired of hearing about my Gout ,but I am begiinning to think it's never gonna go away!!!!!Wake up in a,m, it's down,by end of day it's swollen like a balloon and the feeling is like a balloon that wants to burst!!!!!! I cannot do too many more days of it's been 3 weeks now..,say a pray to whoever takes care of feet please.I am at the end of my

Sister, are you taking any medication for this? You're not eating pork or anything bad are you? What is your doctor saying?

I'll pray fer ye, Jean. Maybe tomorrow you can do your running around in the morning then by 1 come home and put your feet up (slightly elevated above the rest of your body)

Looking at the posts here you have gotten some good advice. Look into the diet aspect of this, I know that certain foods have an effect in this. I will pray for you and wish your suffering to cease.

I just posted (I guess) a site about gout. It has been a long time, but many years ago, I stopped using black pepper, cut down on foods with nitrates, like bacon and hot dogs, also dark meat turkey. I have had very little arthritis pain and no gout since then.
Of course I will pray for you. Also, drink more water and no alcohol for a while.
