How do you get a cool backround on your profile?

    Open 2 tabs in your web browser.
    In one, open SH and go to your profile page, click on the "customize" link.
    In the other find the image you want for a back ground on line. Once you found it, right click, & "save image location".
    Go back to SH tab. Click on the background. When the little box opens, paste the url of the image you want there. Hit enter. Go over to the right side of screen and click "Save".
    Ta-da.

    Where it says customize my profile, click on your background, post the link for the picture, and click insert. Make sure to save it, though. xD
