Do you go Backpacking on the Appalachian Trail? Come on thru hikers....i KNOW SOME OF YOU ARE ON SODAHEAD!!! If you do, then what is your trail name?

    I have Done the Trail Twice, once in Each Direction! Once in 1962 and a second time in 1964.
    My Trail Name was"Fisherman"..
    I have also done the Pacific Crest Trail (1976).
    The Memories will live in my Mind for the Rest of my Life..
    If you have never done either one and are physically able to,IT WILL BE A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE For You.
    Make sure you take someone with to share the experience-it ADDS so Much more!!

    I live in Western Mass-2-S--ts and the Appalachian Trial goes right over Mt. Greylock (THE Highest point in the State, thank you much.LOL) I don't have time to hike, so I only do like day trips. I don't consider myself to be an avid hiker. Although, years ago, me and my Buddies Hiked Isle Royale National Park(a little island in the Middle of Lake Superior) for 7 days. The first 2 days Suck Monkey Nuts, hiking 12 miles each day Up and Down rocks with an 80 LB backpack. The rest of the trip was AWESOME. Saw some Moose!!! Very Cool.

    So.... NO, I don't have a trail name, due to NOT having enough free time to do so.:):)
