Anger management...have you ever had to take the course?

I was in anger management for about a week but then i got kicked out because every time they told me to count backwards from ten i lost count and it made me angry-er, and i also thru a desk at my teacher...

    No, but I believe I could benefit from it immensely, like right now, my children are fighting and it is taking everything I have in me not to snap on their little asses!!!!!!!!

    Nope, never took any Anger Management classes. My grandparents did get me a couselor though cuz they thought I was too rebelious when I was younger and I have always had a bad attitude and temper when it comes to certain things
