    If you're talking about personalities, I prefer goths: Punks are usualy very annoying and in your face, while emos... they just complain all the time and expect you to listen to all their troubles. If you don't, they cut themselves or whatever. No fun at all. I have nothing against goths though. Goths are cool.
    Now, if you're talking about music, I'd rather not be confined to any particular genre. It realy depends on what i feel like listening to. Sometimes I'd prefer punk or metal, while other times i wand goth/metal, or occaisionally i feel like hearing emotional lyrics, and somethimes i even have a taste for country, very rarely though.

    the rest.. well.. do what ever works for you doesn't bother me. as a matter of fact the "goth" clothing line bring in the most money there for helping the economy....

    I can deal with punks and goths because they seem to get some appreciation out of things from time to time. Every emo kids I've met has been nothing short of a complete pain-in-the-ass who has never experienced any real hardships.

    Uh people label me ALL OF THESE
    Here's what i hear all the time:
    IM EMO BECAUSE: i have an "emo" hairdo and dye my hair all the time..
    IM PUNK BECAUSE: i listen to "punk" music, wear converse, im just "weird" and im into music..
    IM GOTH BECAUSE: i wear "gothic" boots, wear black and wear dark lipstick at times, sometimes wear alot of make up and dog collars..

    People are so.. ignorant.. Some dont know what being just me means.
    I love who i am, i grew up like this and this is what i like.

    it isn't the cloths you wear its the way you potray yourself, being emo is being a pussy ass bitch, being Punk is a revolt fuck the man, a go fuck yourself kinda shit lifesyle,, being goth is being fucking weird and hating life like emo.

    Emos are self-pitying people. Their just sad. The Media has unfortunately grown it & labelled it a "trend". It started out as a music genre...yeesh, humans do take things out of proportion...
